60-Day Return Window
We offer a 60-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your item in its original condition for a full refund or an exchange.
How to Return an Item
- Message us on WhatsApp or through our contact page to let us know you'd like to return or exchange an item.
- Re-wrap the item in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
- Drop it off at any partner post office — return shipping is free for domestic orders.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange.
A Note on Made-to-Order Products
Our T-shirts are made especially for you when you place an order, and some are manufactured with leftover material — so slight variations in appearance may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects, but if you receive an item that's damaged or not what you ordered, we'll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued using the same payment method and details you provided when placing your order. We'll confirm the timeline with you directly over WhatsApp.
